Joe Pilates

We try to be true to the teachings of Joe Pilates. He believed that the definition of physical fitness was "the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily, and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure."

 Our Goal is for our clients to achieve this level of wellness.

Group Classes, Semiprivate and Private Sessions. There will be no more than 8 people in a class so we can give the individual attention that is needed for all who attend.

Starting Next Week (May 5), there will be some exciting new additions to our Class Schedule!!!
Monday, May 5 at 7PM, we are pleased to offer our own exclusive "Barre2Core"™ 
Starting with a cardio warmup, the class will consist of Barre sculpting/toning intermixed with core training utilizing the CoreFitness Roller, glide discs and pillow discs. This class will be taught by Karin. Initially, class size will be limited to 5.
Tuesday, May 6 at 6PM, we will answer many of your requests and offer Yoga!!
This class will be taught by Hanna Jin Cole, a new teacher to our studio. It will consist of traditional Hatha Yoga interlaced with Vinyasa and focus on longer held standing, balance and seated postures. Class size will be limited to 10.
Look for Yoga being added during the day in a couple of weeks and a class utilizing the CoreFitness Roller being added during the day, as well.
