We are Pleased to offer our own exclusive "Barre2Core"!!
Starting with a cardio warmup, the class consists of Barre Sculpting/toning intermixed with core trainin utilizing the CoreFitness Roller, glide discs and pillow discs. This class is taught by Karin.

We have answered many of your requests and offer Yoga!!
This class is taught by Hanna Jin Cole, a new teacher to our studio. It consists of all traditional Hatha Yoga interlaced with Vinyasa with focus on longer held standing, balance and seated postures. Class size is limited to 10.
