DO YOU WANT A STRONG, LONG AND BALANCED BODY?

Pilates is an excellent tool for anyone. Breath, focus, alignment, abdominal and pelvic control are a few of the teachings that give Pilates its uniqueness. The balance and control that are inherent characteristics of a good Pilates program have a tendency to spill over into all other areas of one's life.


We try to be true to the teachings of Joe Pilates. He believed that the definition of physical fitness was "the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily, and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure."

Our goal at Pilates by Linda is for our clients to achieve this level of wellness.


We offer group classes, semi-private sessions, and private sessions. There will be no more than 10 people in a class, so that we can give the individual attention that is needed for all who attend.
