TRADITIONAL PILATES CLASSES

Ball & Roller: Utilizing a stability ball & a foam roller to deepen Pilates & Pilates inspired exercises.

Pure Mat: You, a mat & Joe Pilates' exercises.

Mixed Mat: You, a mat, Joe Pilates' exercises and added props (magic circle, band, roller, balls & light weights.)

Fusion: A little bit of Pilates, weights, circuit, body weight exercises, stretch and a touch of cardio.

Beginner Reformer: A true beginner class to introduce one to the exercises on the Universal Reformer.

Open Reformer: Utilizes springs of varying resistance that you push & pull against in order to strengthen your powerhouse; you lie, sit kneel & stand on the reformer to work its magic.

Mixed Equipment: Use of both the Reformer & the Tower; by permission of the instructor.

Cardio Reformer: Interval training utilizing the jumpboard & the Reformer exercises; by instructor permission.
